  58. Hello, and good morning Mr. Agony. First, you should drink enough water so you don't dehydrate, while you also avoid any cold drink, I would also reccomend drinking warm liquids like lemon tea with honey, after that, taking some pills for cough and temperature, such as ibuprofen or aspirin, would be a good idea, but don't forget to read the label carefully for proper dosage.
Regarding your headache, you should stay at home, and keep rest in your bed (this will also help you recover from cough), you should also use electronic devices only when necessary, using them long periods of time will make you feel worse, it would be better if you left them aside while you recover. Lastly you should ointment in your feet and also your socks before going to sleep, stay at home so you don't walk long distances and look for professional help from a physical therapist in order to relieve your pain. For now this is all, I hope you have a fast recovery and have a good day, Mr. Agony.

  66. Hello Mr. Agony
I apologize for the delay in responding, sir, but I had a lot of work, but now I can help you. Firstly, if you have a dry cough, it would be ideal to have a tea with honey; this will help reduce throat inflammation. However, if it's a cough with phlegm, I recommend a syrup called "Tukol"; it's very good for removing phlegm. Secondly, headaches are often caused by spending too much time looking at screens and electronic devices. I recommend taking a break from all of that, not exposing yourself too much to the sun, taking a bath before bedtime, and taking "two aspirins" to reduce the pain. Thirdly, for foot pain, it all starts with the footwear you use, so I recommend wearing shoes that fit your foot well. If you can't make that change, it's best to use soft and comfortable insoles, and finally, at night, after bathing, apply a foot cream to relax and rest well. I hope all of this helps you and that you start feeling better. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know. Rest well.
